Shipping policy

Order Processing

Most items are made-to-order.  Please allow 5-7 days for processing before your order ships.  During high-volume times (i.e. holidays and sales) please allow up to an additional 5 days for processing.  You will be notified and provided with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. 

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is free for all US orders $100 and up or $8 for US orders under $100.  For all International orders there is a $20 flat-rate shipping fee.

Expedited Shipping (2-day delivery)

(US orders only) 2-day Expedited shipping is free for US orders $200 and up or available for a flat-rate of $20 for orders less than $200. 

Los Angeles Pick-up

Pick-up is available for Los Angeles residents.  Please select pick-up at checkout and we will reach out to you via e-mail with the address of our studio located in Downtown Los Angeles.
