The Palma Dress is made with 100% premium cotton yarn and features a mermaid cut silhouette and plunging halter neckline. Designed with an open back and detachable crochet flower belt. Watermelon pink with peach trim.
Made-to-order: This dress is uniquely handmade just for you. Please allow up to 10 days to prepare your order for shipment. If you are purchasing more than one made-to-order item, please allow an additional 3-5 days of processing time for each extra piece.
Care Instructions: Because this dress is handmade, it needs a little extra love! Hand wash in cold water and gently press out excess moisture without wringing or tightly twisting the fabric. Lay perfectly flat to air dry to preserve its original shape.

PROCESSING TIMES
READY-TO-SHIP ITEMS:
Ready-to-ship items are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday-Friday). As soon as your order is on its way, we will email you with your tracking number so you can follow its journey.
MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS:
For made-to-order items, please allow up to 10 days for processing to prepare your order item for shipment. If you are purchasing more than one made-to-order item, please allow an additional 3-5 days of processing time for each extra piece. You will be notified and provided with a tracking number via e-mail once your order has been shipped. For rush orders, please email xaristudio@gmail.com and we'll do our best to accommodate.
SHIPPING POLICY
We currently only ship within the USA. However, we are actively working on expanding and hope to offer international shipping soon!
USPS Priority Mail (1-4 business days): $8.00 flat rate OR free for orders $200 and above
UPS Next Day Air Saver (1 business day): Price calculated at checkout.
Please keep in mind that delivery estimates are separate from processing times.
RETURN POLICY
We truly hope you love your purchase, but if it isn’t quite the perfect fit, we are happy to offer store credit for standard ready-to-ship and made-to-order items. Custom specialty orders are final sale and cannot be returned. In order to be eligible for store credit, items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Please email us at xaristudio@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery to initiate your return. A return shipping label will be provided to you and an $8 return shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit amount. Returns must be shipped within 3 business days of receiving the return label. We reserve the right to deny returns sent outside this window or those that do not meet our condition requirements, and these items will be sent back to you.
To protect both parties and resolve any order disputes, our entire packaging and fulfillment process is recorded on video.
